 The GRAM GASTRO 08 series is 2/1 GN refrigerated and freezer counters that can be used as an island suite, possibly with pass through (only refrigeration), or be placed against a wall or, if necessary, under an existing worktop. The series is available with 2 or 3 refrigerated sections.
The range includes flat worktops with or without splashback and saladette worktops with insulated or acrylic lids. The cabinet is also available with insulation board only, i.e. without a worktop. Gantry is an optional extra. Each of the refrigerated sections is available with door sets, with or without locks. Also each section is offered with 9 bakery support sets, instead of shelves.
Internal and external surfaces are made of stainless steel. The height of the cabinet is 750 mm + the chosen legs/castors. The depth of the worktop is 800 mm. Counters with internal compressor are also available with electric elevation for flexible working height from 850 to 1050 mm. Choose between refrigeration +2/+12 ºC, extended refrigeration -5/+12 ºC or freezing -25/-5 ºC. |

 The BAKER M 930 bakery refrigerator is ideal for storing products such as dough, cream cakes and any finished products. It's ability to be used as a dry refrigerator and it's flexible temperature range means that sensitive products can be stored under ideal conditions at all times.
The BAKER F 930 bakery freezer can be used for storing large quantities of frozen dough. The easy-to-operate control panel has been designed with both temperature and compressor protection. Once the temperature has been set the electronic control ensures that the produce is stored at the correct temperature. Any deviation shows immediately on the digital display. BAKER SF 930 has twice the capacity as a freezing cabinet and is used for both fast and careful freezing of sensitive dough products. when the blast freezing stops, the electronic control automatically switches over to the required storage temperature. BGF 930 enables the freezing down of 60 kg dough products to -7°C within 75 minutes. The temperature control range of the blast freezer is from -30°C to +10°C.
BAKER GA 930 is a computer-controlled freezing/proving cabinet with steam generator and is ideal for use in bakeries and for bakery sale in supermarkets. The freezing/proving cabinet makes it possible to set a controlled process for induvidual types of dough, from freezing down, freezestoring, thawing and fermentation retarding to proving - with the precise setting of time and temperature throughout the whole cycle - and of air humidity in the fermentation retarding and proving phases. The cabinet is supplied complete with individually adjustable bakery rail sets for 30 plates measuring 46x61 cm, 47x63 cm or 45x60 cm, and has an integral refrigeration system.

The new Prima-Box modular rooms from Gram represent a flexible and cost effective solution when it comes to meeting refrigerator or freezer storage requirements in commercial kitchens. There are 24 room sizes and two temperature ranges to choose from. At -5/+5°C the refrigerated rooms can be used for many types of food, e.g. meat, dairy products, beverages, vegetables and fruit. The freezing room temperature is -15/-25°C. |
